This album was a definite rush-job but it has probably some of the tightest moments in the history of the band. By this point we had honed our live show and actually started playing well together, so creatively this was certainly a high-point for us, even though the quality of the recording was a bit thrown together. We knuckled down and wrote 6 songs for this album in the last 6 practices before the recording (which I would never recommend to anyone...) and managed to record it all in about 2 weeks. Wildi designed the cover himself which came from a collection of doodles he'd done in his lyric book over a few months, and we decided to do it black and white to save on printing cost. We were 19 when this album was released, and totally broke. Had we actually invested some good money into these songs, we all felt that perhaps this album could have been the release that broke through and got us some recognition. Here it is in all its rough glory!
