Dinosaur!Attack!'s final release, the Atlas EP, was easily their greatest achievement to date. The band had finally settled into their direction and were beginning to deliver carefully constructed yet blistering live shows. This EP enlisted the help of Joel Roberts, a local freelance producer who messaged the band. Needless to say we didn't exactly make it easy for him.... but somehow he still got a decent-sounding yet blathering mess of an EP. The interludes were added by the band later during a stint in Wildi's bedroom, and were meant to pad out the EP and give a bit of a rest to listeners' ears while still keeping the flow. This was the first release by the band to ever be reviewed overseas by online music reviewer Seismic-Sound.net:
Pleasantly surprised with a healthy dose of spaz-emo-prog fuck-all from this UK group. Sending haymakers into the mouth of different musical genres,the “Atlas” EP rises above the blather of popcorn angst. On standout ‘Ephie’s Epic Algorithum’, lead singer Wildi lyrics dance somewhere between a whisper and a scream, with the band expertly following suit. ~CB
